-These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and use aim to regulate the availability of information supplied on the website with domain and, the commercial transactions that may arise between and the users of the domain and, both browsing the website and buying any of the products offered on it, imply user acceptance, without reservation of any kind, of each and every one of these general terms and conditions of contract and use.  CASA DE DIEGO can modify the website to carry out as many changes or amendments as is convenient or as it deems necessary for its proper functionality, without giving prior notice.


The postage and packaging costs are defined on the website and will be determined according to the shipping address of each order.

-The prices and offers presented on the website are only and exclusively valid for online orders placed on the CASA DE DIEGO website, and may not coincide with the prices and offers valid in other Casa de Diego shops in Spain. All of the prices published on our website include VAT. 


-The selection of products offered on this website depend on the stock which may, on occasions, be sold out. In that case, the product would appear as sold out on the website or if this has not been updated, the user will be informed of the situation. 


-The products will be sent to the address provided to us in the mail. There are different shipping methods that you can request by following the steps that appear on the website. The delivery dates may vary depending on the destination.

-Cash on delivery. This depends on whether the destination has this service or not.

-Credit Card Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Maestro.


-Along with the shipment, you will receive a Right of Withdrawal Document regarding the purchase of the products.

-If you are not satisfied, you can process a refund. You must get in touch with us on and you will then be informed of the next steps. You have 14 working days from the date you receive the order.

Circumstances that may lead to a refund:

-  If the product does not satisfy you, you can return it by notifying your intent via the email address provided and sending the product to our address. In this case, we will refund the total cost of the product but not the return shipping cost.

- Faulty product. Once we have been notified by email and the product has been received at our address, we will send you another one of the same. In this case, the shipping and return shipping cost will be taken care of by us.

- Wrong product. If the product does not match the order, all return shipping and re-shipping costs will be taken care of by us.

 -You cannot withdraw from the purchase of those products which have been specially or deliberately requested. For all withdrawal cases, the shipping and return costs will be determined by what is set out in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and complementary legislation.


-Reimbursement will be carried out by means of the same payment method used in the first instance, except in those cases of cash on delivery. In this case the refund will be done by bank transfer. will not refund the cost or re-send any goods until it has received the item subject to refund and has checked its condition. The cost that will be refunded is that which is on the original order, excluding transport costs which will only be refunded if is responsible for the cause of the product refund. Once the returned product has been checked and is deemed to be in good condition, you will be reimbursed within a maximum of 15 days.


-All sales are subject to Spanish law.
- If any conflict or discrepancy were to arise regarding the interpretation or application of these contractual terms and conditions, the competent Courts and Tribunals in the Jurisdiction will be those with the applicable legal regulations which, referring to end consumers, cover the place where such obligation is to be fulfilled or the purchasing party's place of domicile.  
-If the purchasing party is domiciled outside Spain or if the sale was undertaken by a company, both parties submit, without exception, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
